Solution to Problem
We absolutely LOVE our new TV cover! It fits perfectly and it arrived so quickly. Thank you for such great service.
We do have one minor problem, the cover is missing Velcro on the side bottom flap so it does not secure on the right corner.
Please let me know how you would like to correct the problem...
I'd hate for it not to be perfect when the rest of the workmanship is absolutely beautiful!
Solution: We issued a Prepaid Mailing Label for Stephanie's TV Cover to be returned for missing Velcro piece to be added.
Return received, repaired and reshipped the same day.
